A fire broke out at a coffee cafe on Jalan Sunan Ngampel, Melawai Urban Village, Kebayoran Baru Sub-district, South Jakarta, Friday (8/8).

One of the cafe employees, Ihsan Abdul Azis, reported seeing smoke coming from the first-floor kitchen. The fire was quickly attempted to be extinguished using a fire extinguisher, assisted by residents.
"Fire couldn't be extinguished, so I contacted the fire agency. Thank you for the quick response, and fortunately, the fire did not spread to other buildings," he stated.
